Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RhymeCraft, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Use License

RhymeCraft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the rhyming dictionary and tools for personal or commercial songwriting
Generate lyrics using AI features
Share generated content (you own all content you create)

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all lyrics, songs, and creative work you generate using RhymeCraft. We claim no rights to your creative output.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated lyrics are provided as creative suggestions. While we strive for quality and originality, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We recommend editing and personalizing AI suggestions to make them uniquely yours.

Service Availability

RhymeCraft is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The rhyming dictionary works offline, but AI features require an internet connection.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use RhymeCraft for illegal activities
Generate hate speech, harassment, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our rhyming database
Abuse AI features through automated requests

Limitation of Liability

RhymeCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, creative disputes, or copyright issues with generated content.
